Purchase and Refund Terms (No-Ads Option)

1. What You Buy

"No-Ads" eliminates advertising cards from your authenticated account on PerpeNaval. It does not grant gameplay advantages, speed boosts, currency, or higher ratings.

• Monthly Subscription: $0.99 USD per month, renewing automatically until cancelled.

• One-Time Lifetime Access: $4.99 USD one-time payment for the lifetime of the game.

2. Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our authorized Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects payment, manages VAT/sales tax compliance, issues the invoice, and handles card transactions. We never handle your payment card credentials.

3. Immediate Performance & Withdrawal Waiver

Statutory Notice for EU, UK, and Turkish Consumers:

The "No-Ads" feature is activated on your account immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once the feature is unlocked on your account.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancelling Subscriptions: You can cancel recurring renewals anytime via the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or in-game Settings. The ad-free state continues until the end of your billing cycle.

• Support Refunds: If a payment completes but the feature fails to unlock on your account, email hello@perpenaval.com with your order number for manual activation or a full refund.

• Service Retirement: If PerpeNaval is permanently retired, active monthly subscriptions will stop renewing, and one-time purchases made within the preceding twenty-four (24) months will be refunded pro rata.
