1. The Agreement

PerpeNaval is a free-to-play browser game created and run by Hakkı Berat Dalgar ("we", "us"), based in Antalya, Türkiye. By registering an account or accessing perpenaval.com, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not play.

2. Eligibility & Age Affirmation

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to register and play. By creating an account on perpenaval.com, you certify and represent that you are 13 years of age or older. Strictly one account per individual player.

3. Captain and Ship Names

Your Captain Name is set at sign-up. Captain and ship names must not contain slurs, hate speech, threats, sexual references, commercial advertisements, or impersonate others. We reserve the right to rename offending vessels, change violating captain names, or terminate accounts that breach this standard.

4. Fair Play

You agree not to:

• Operate more than one account to gain strategic advantages.

• Use bots, automation scripts, macro tools, or modified clients.

• Exploit bugs or glitches (report them to hello@perpenaval.com instead).

• Buy, sell, or trade accounts, in-game money, or ships for real money.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players through captain names, ship names, or frivolous reports.

Violations will lead to warnings, rating adjustments, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.

5. Virtual Items & Game Balance

Ships, in-game currency, ratings, and marks represent a limited, revocable license to access software features within PerpeNaval. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed or traded for real currency, and may be modified during game rebalancing updates. We do not sell items or upgrades that alter naval battle outcomes or give gameplay advantages.

6. Availability & Service Changes

PerpeNaval is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted uptime, we may pause service for scheduled updates or maintenance. If PerpeNaval is ever permanently discontinued, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice on the site.

7. Advertising & "No-Ads" Upgrade

Free play is supported by display advertisements shown in closable cards. You may optionally remove ads via our "No-Ads" purchase, fulfilled by our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and mandatory EU consumer rights), we are not liable for indirect damages, service interruptions, or loss of in-game progress.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts and consumer arbitration committees of Antalya, Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections provided in your country of residence.
